Because of different cropping options and also ensuring that you got Luke, Lorelai, and Rory from any caps including combinations of the two, I ended up with 344 icons for you. Since it took significantly longer than it should have/I had planned due to rl stuff, I'm going to knock off 150 points/$1.50 from the cost, so it'll be 180 points or $18.00.
